              背景描述 RAW 264.7細胞源自Abelson鼠科白血病病毒誘導的腫瘤;sIg-、Ia-抗原、Thy-1.2表面抗原陰性。RAW 264.7細胞不分泌可檢測到的病毒顆粒,XC斑點形成試驗陰性。RAW 264.7細胞可以胞飲中性紅并吞噬乳膠顆粒與酵母聚糖,并且可以抗體依賴性地分解綿羊紅血球與腫瘤靶細胞。LPS或PPD處理2天可誘導RAW 264.7細胞分解紅血球,但對腫瘤靶細胞無作用。
